The company, with registered head office located in Granollers, Spain, is primarily engaged in metal stamping, pressing in cold, and tooling manufacturing. It is a company founded in 1967 by Andrés Palau and Pedro Vera. The company also owns Rélem S.L., which specializes in manufacturing metal tubes. It presently employs more than 72 workers and its premises spread more than 6,500 m2, 4,500 of which are built-up. The company's main market is the sector of car-industry; its first costumers are world leaders in the manufacture of primary equipment (Robert Bosch, Valeo Sistemas Eléctricos, Kostal Eléctrica, Delphi, Frape Behr, Lear). The company also plays an important part in the sector of electrical and electronic appliances (Braun, Copreci, Casals, De Dietrich). Its main direct and indirect suppliers are European steel companies (Thyssen, Sollac, Krupp, Acerinox, Ugine, Wieland, Prymetall, Hoogovens).
