Development of building projects
The company is engaged in leasing of commercial, industrial buildings and offices, as well as the promotion, sale or rental housing. It was established in 2002 as a result of the merger among some companies belonging to the same group, which has always been linked to business activity in the region. The registered business office of the company is located in Granollers, Spain. The company manages a commercial and office building and several rental housing in Granollers (Barcelona province); a warehouse in Franqueses del Vallès (Barcelona province); berths and lockers in the Olympic Port of Barcelona (Barcelona city); commercial establishments and homes for rent (with purchase option) inside and outside the city of Alicante (Valencia); and a commercial building with parking in the town of Navalcarnero (Madrid province). It also has some development building land for sale in Palamós (Costa Brava, Girona) and in the city of Alicante (Valencia). The company is active and operational, together with its subsidiaries, in Spain.
